Our Accessibility Target
Let’s-ParaConnect is committed to making the platform usable by people with disabilities. Our current design and engineering target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. This target guides our work; it is not a representation that every page or third-party surface has completed an independent conformance audit.
Our release checks include automated accessibility testing across supported browser engines, keyboard and focus checks for critical workflows, semantic structure checks, and contrast checks. Automated testing cannot identify every accessibility barrier, so reports from people using assistive technology remain important.
Third-Party Services
Some workflows open services operated by other companies, including Stripe. Those services maintain their own accessibility practices, and LPC may not control every part of their hosted experience. Please report a barrier even when it occurs on a linked service so we can investigate the handoff and provide available assistance.

Include the page, the action you were trying to complete, your browser and assistive technology if relevant, and the barrier you encountered. Do not send passwords, payment-card data, or confidential Matter content by email.
