Paralegal Admission Requirements

Last updated: January 2026

Let’s-ParaConnect (“LPC”) is a highly curated legal marketplace connecting attorneys with qualified paralegals for project-based legal work. Admission to the platform is selective and not guaranteed.

How Applications Are Reviewed

Paralegal applications are reviewed through a holistic evaluation process. A holistic review means that applications are assessed as a whole rather than on any single factor such as years of experience, job title, or certifications alone. LPC considers the clarity and substance of legal experience, supervision by licensed attorneys, professional presentation, jurisdictional alignment, platform needs, and overall suitability for attorney-directed project work. Admission is intentionally limited in order to preserve quality, trust, and reliability for attorneys using the platform.

Minimum Eligibility Requirements

To be considered for admission, applicants must demonstrate clearly defined and verifiable legal support experience performed under the supervision of a licensed attorney. Applicants are expected to identify relevant law firms, legal employers, or supervising attorneys and to present a professional, attorney-facing profile focused specifically on legal services and experience appropriate for a private professional platform.

Verification and Documentation

Let’s-ParaConnect reserves the right to request verification materials before or after approval. Such materials may include resumes or curricula vitae reflecting legal experience, identification of supervising attorneys or legal employers, documentation of paralegal education or certification where applicable, and optional writing or work samples. Failure to provide requested verification may result in delayed approval or denial.

Reasons Applications May Be Declined

Applications may be declined when legal experience is unclear, unverifiable, or insufficiently defined; when an applicant’s background is primarily administrative or non-legal without substantive legal work; when law firm or supervision details are omitted; when application materials are unfocused, incomplete, misleading, or unprofessional in presentation; or when the applicant is not authorized to work with U.S.-based attorneys. At this time, LPC operates as a U.S.-focused professional platform.

Appeals and Feedback

Due to application volume and the curated nature of the platform, Let’s-ParaConnect does not provide individual feedback or an appeal process for admission decisions. All admission decisions are final.

Reapplying

Applicants may reapply in the future if their legal experience, documentation, or professional focus materially changes.

Platform Discretion

Let’s-ParaConnect reserves the right to approve, deny, suspend, or revoke access to the platform at its sole discretion in order to protect attorneys, clients, and overall platform integrity.
