How It Works

Attorneys post a project, select an approved paralegal profile, collaborate through the platform, and confirm completion when the work is finished. Attorneys and paralegals decide directly whether to work together. Payments are processed through Stripe Connect, which routes payouts directly to the paralegal’s connected account, and Let’s-ParaConnect charges a platform fee for use of the platform infrastructure.

Payments through Stripe

Payments are processed through Stripe Connect. Attorneys authorize payment through Stripe, and Stripe processes payout to the paralegal’s connected account once the project is marked complete in the platform. Let’s‑ParaConnect does not take custody of funds outside of Stripe, does not act as a payment processor, and charges a platform fee for access to the platform’s communication, workflow, and payment-facilitation tools.

How Completion Confirmation Works

Attorneys review deliverables and confirm completion in the platform. Stripe then processes payout to the paralegal’s connected account in accordance with Stripe’s systems and terms.
This ensures fairness, transparency, and accountability for every assignment.

A standard 22% USD platform service fee applies to attorney payments. An 18% USD platform service fee applies to paralegal earnings. Minimum case compensation is $400.
